LRG’s founder, Randall Harris, started LRG-Loss Recovery Group, as a necessity; unfair treatment of policyholders by insurance companies. As one of the nation's leading Public Adjusting Firms, LRG has been licensed in 30 states. With over 65 years of experience in the claims process, our primary objective is to get you, the Insured, paid for your loss. When you purchase an insurance policy, you are purchasing an agreement, a promise that the insurance company will pay for your loss or damage in the occurrence of such an event. Unfortunately, the process is not as simple as many choose to believe.

Our job is getting you paid.

Losses we handle

WIND

Damage from wind can range from minor to catastrophic. Whether damage is a result of a Hurricane, Tornado or Straight-Line Winds, we have the skill, experience, and equipment, to prove it. Wind can cause damage not apparent to the untrained eye. LRG is familiar with the impact that high wind speeds can have on structures. We take the time and necessary steps to prove your damage. Call LRG to schedule an inspection.

FIRE

Recovering from a Fire loss usually takes an extended period; therefore, numerous coverages can come into play. Extra Expenses, Additional Living Expenses and Code Upgrade Costs are just a few, of the many possibilities, and most adjusters do not advise Policyholders of all policy benefits. Something else to consider is that damage results from more than just flames. As with any fire, you would expect to have smoke damage, water damage, damage caused by firefighters, etc. Do not allow your insurance company to put a Band-Aid on your property. Call LRG and recover the full amount you are due.

HAIL

Most people are familiar with Hail, but most are not aware of the damage it can cause. Many feel that if the damage is not obvious, when looking from the ground, then their property must have survived. This could not be further from the truth. To begin with, most manufacturers of roofing products void the warranty on roofing systems impacted by hail. Even worse, is the fact that hail damage will only perpetuate when going through heating and cooling cycles. This will eventually cause roof leaks and ultimately, saturation of the entire roofing system. We are experts in proving Hail Damage.

FLOOD

We are no strangers to flood. Living on the Texas Coast, we have endured more than our fair share. From Tropical Storm Allison, Hurricane Ike, and Hurricane Harvey, we know the devastation flooding can cause. Damage caused from flooding requires immediate attention. If not, additional problems such as mold growth will occur within 24-48 hours. Managing flood claims is different than dealing with others, as FEMA writes most flood policies. Do not trust the outcome of your claim to an independent flood adjuster. Call a Public Adjuster at LRG. We are licensed to represent you, not the Insurance Company.

COLLAPSE

Collapse can happen for a number of reasons and insurance companies are never quick to pay. From our experience, insurance companies will spend excessive amounts of money on experts looking for reasons not to pay. This seems unfair, as the Insured is the one who purchased the promise of protection from the Insurance Company. If your property was damaged as a result of Collapse, contact us to discuss.

B/I

A Business Interruption Claim can make the difference between a company being able to continue operations versus Going Out of Business. Policies for Business Interruption are to protect Business Owners in the unfortunate event that revenue is lost, as a result of a covered loss. It seems straight forward, but Insurance Companies try to minimize their loss and pay as little as possible, if anything at all. We work with Certified Public Accountants to ensure all funds due the Insured are accurate and paid for by the Insurance Company.

Theft

An insurance claim regarding the theft of property involves the process of seeking compensation from your insurance company for items that were stolen. This type of claim is common under homeowners, renters, and auto insurance policies, depending on where the theft occurred and what was stolen

vandalism

An insurance claim for vandalism involves seeking compensation from your insurance company for damage intentionally caused to your property by someone else. Vandalism can range from minor acts, like graffiti or broken windows, to more severe damage, such as arson or extensive destruction of property.

OUR
GOAL

LRG Claims is a firm comprised of licensed professionals specializing in providing Public Adjusting services. As Public Adjusters, LRG represents policyholders in the insurance claims process, advocating on behalf of individuals, businesses, and organizations, rather than the insurance companies. The firm's primary goal is to ensure LRG clients receive a fair and comprehensive settlement for their claims, involving property damage or loss.

WHAT WE DO

LRG Claims provides expert representation to policyholders dealing with insurance claims. Our team of licensed professionals brings extensive knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and negotiation tactics, which helps clients navigate the often complex and overwhelming claims process. As the Insured, it is your duty to prove your loss. LRG relieves you of that burden.

WHY WE DO IT

Handling insurance claims for policyholders is not only our livelihood, but also our passion. Helping people successfully navigate their way through an insurance claim is what we are all about. Too many times, we have witnessed insurance companies bully and intimidate policyholders, while wrongfully denying, delaying, and often underpaying their claims. We help level the playing field.
