In representing you, we have a duty to provide you with a top-quality service. One component of this is taking on the task of proving, quantifying, and documenting your damage, better than your insurance company can do.
LRG has and will continue investing in state-of-the-art equipment necessary in order to perform a more thorough assessment than adjusters working for the insurance companies. Our assessments go much further than what is apparent to the naked eye. Insurance companies will never allow their adjusters to utilize the same equipment as LRG. As LRG assessments are more thorough, by default, they are more accurate.
When you allow LRG to represent you, we value and honor the commitment we make. There are some Public Adjusting firms who chase the "low-hanging fruit". They want an easy payday, and often put more effort into signing up clients than providing quality service. That's not who we are; we are in it for the long haul.
Not every insurance claim goes as planned. Depending on certain situations, some claims may take more time than others to resolve. When there is no movement on a claim, or when the Insurer is not honoring the terms of the policy, it can become increasingly frustrating for the Policyholder. Relax, and let LRG go to work.
We got this!
RANDALL HARRIS is the Founder and CEO of LRG. He began assisting policyholders as a Public Adjuster, in 2008. While helping family, friends, and local businesses navigate their insurance claim, and recover from hurricane damage, it became increasingly clear that insurance companies were taking advantage of policyholders. As more people became aware of his success handling claims, the demand for his services as a Public Adjuster continued to grow. In order to meet the demand, he added more adjusters to his team, training them how to effectively manage the claims process in the best interest of the policyholder.
Since that time, Mr. Harris has been involved in thousands of claims, held Public Adjuster licenses in 30 states and is a Certified Thermographer. In addition to managing non-catastrophic claims, he has successfully managed and negotiated settlements for hundreds of large-loss claims relating to 17 hurricane landfalls. He is a trusted source in the claims industry, providing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Mr. Harris has been designated as an expert regarding first party property claims and has provided expert testimony on numerous occasions. He is recognized as an Expert Witness in both State and Federal Court.
MIKE KING is a licensed Public Adjuster in Texas and Louisiana. As a retired Superintendent for Texas Public Schools, Mr. King recognized the need to provide Public Adjusting services to school districts throughout the country. Having a long history as a Public Educator helps provide a deeper understanding regarding the needs of school districts and challenges, they face.
As a licensed Public Adjuster, Mr. King has helped school districts navigate the claims process for the past 9 years. His intimate knowledge of the school district climate, combined with a deep knowledge of insurance claims, has proven to be an invaluable resource amongst School Districts. This combination gives LRG an individual that can clearly see how the claim process best dovetails with the school district environment.
BRENT NORWOOD has been involved in the insurance industry for the last 30 years. Mr. Norwood began his insurance career as a licensed Insurance Adjuster working for Farmers Insurance as a field adjuster. After experiencing firsthand what insurance companies were doing, at the expense of the policyholder, he decided to work on the other side of the business. In 2017 he became a licensed Texas Public Adjuster, and now brings his experience from the Insurance Company’s world to effectively manage claims on behalf of the Insured. Combining his insurance career with his construction background helps ensure that policyholders are in good hands.
Mr. Norwood holds Public Adjuster licenses in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In addition to his licensing, he is also a Certified Appraiser. He is proficient with Xactimate and is an expert when it comes to Hurricane and Flood claims.
KEVIN UNDERWOOD has been involved in the construction/restoration industry since he was a child, renovating homes with his father. In 2010, as the owner of a roofing/restoration company, and a General Contractor, Mr. Underwood began performing insurance-related repairs for both residential and commercial properties suffering storm related damage. As construction work began to slow, having a background as a General Contractor made for an easy transition into the world of claims adjusting.
Mr. Underwood's experience in the insurance claims industry continued to grow while representing insurance companies as a CAT Adjuster. During this time, he gained firsthand experience regarding the unfair treatment of policyholders. While the insurance companies trusted him to assess properties and provide accurate damage estimates, they were arbitrarily omitting damaged items for which he recommended payment. He felt this was unjust and unfair to the Insured. From that point on, he began advocating on behalf of policyholders and helping to ensure their recovery, rather than helping insurance companies retain more profit. Throughout his career he has inspected and estimated more than 1500 properties damaged from catastrophic events
Mr. Underwood is also a combat veteran with more than 37 years of service in the US Army Reserve/National Guard. He has served in the Field Artillery, Signal Corps and Military Intelligence.
DR. LARRY GROPPEL is a Senior Educational Consultant, has 38 years of Public School experience with districts ranging from 450 to 160,000 students. He spent 25 years as an administrator with some of the largest districts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area culminating with 4 years at Dallas ISD where he served as Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent of the District. Dr. Groppel provides a tremendous understanding of everything from Operations to Finance in a large urban school district.
